Building according to web standards: Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Level 2.1
CSS is a technology that describes the presentation of HTML and XML elements and offers the opportunity to separate structure and design and achieve consistency of layout. See also the chapter Cascading Style Sheets.
Use CSS Level-2.1 according to the W3C specification for website presentation.

CSS Level 2.1 is a revised version of CSS Level 2. Level 2 is an expansion of Level 1. Alongside the simple text styles, as in Level 1, Level 2.1 provides advanced rules for the determination of the layout of a page.
